Ms. Vivian Peng, RMT (Kelowna, BC)

It is known to all RMTs that practicing proper biomechanics is essential to preventing strain. I had only been practicing as an RMT for two months, and despite following all the proper biomechanics I learned in school, I still had wrist pain and low back pain. I decided to take a chance with James' course: "Evidence-Based Deep Tissue Massage - For The 10 Most Common Conditions" and am so thankful that I did. James teaches an evidence-based method that is so wildly different from what I learned in school, yet so easy on the body. My mind was completely blown. I am now able to apply even deeper pressure on my patients with minimal stress on my body. I cannot recommend this course enough for anyone who is looking to increase their longevity in this profession while still providing the most effective and strain-free treatment on patients who need deep pressure.
